Parental Consent Required Before an online entry can be accepted, a signed copy of the parental consent must be recieved by the WPGA.

Caddies / Carts Caddies and Contestants are required to walk. Use of motorized carts is prohibited for players and spectators. Caddies are permitted, provided the plaeyrs not use parents, brothers, sisters or guardians to serve as caddies.
Eligibility Boys who have not reached their sixteenth birthday as of the day of the Championship, whose families reside in the Western Pennsylvania Golf Associations boundaries.
Format Divisions:
A: Age 14 and 15 for the Skip Potts trophey
B: Age 13 and below  for the James Simons trophy - course will be shorter than division A.

Prizes will be awarded in each division. Contestants in age group B may play in group A.

18 holes of stroke play. In the event of a tie for first place, in either division, a hole-by-hole playoff will take place immediately after conclusion of play.
Late Entries The Committee reserves the right to accept late entries. Such entries may be accepted at the convenience of the Committee, and must be accompanied by a late fee of $10 prior to acceptance.
List of Conforming Golf Balls The ball the player plays must be named on the current List of Conforming Golf Balls issued by the United States Golf Association.

PENALTY FOR BREACH OF CONDITION:
Disqualification.
Rules of Play USGA Rules of Golf, the WPGA Local Rules card and other Local Rules distributed will govern play.
Starting Times and Information Starting times and other information will be available on the WPGA web site (http://www.wpga.org) approximately one week before the championship. If you are unable to get your time from the website, please call 412-826-2180.

The optional condition to Rule 6-3 is in effect. See Page 27 of the Rules of Golf.
Withdrawals Withdrawals after the groupings and starting times have been finalized will be charged a $5 service charge. Withdrawals on the day of the event will not recieve an refund.
