Players eligible are 2004 club champs from Member Clubs, 2004 champions (scratch) of all WPGA events, and the 2004 Honor Roll, including Honorable Mentions.
If a 2004 club champion is unavailable to compete, the 2004 runner-up or the 2003 club champion may replace him.
