Title:	Eligibility
Detail:	Open to all amateur golfers age 55 or older as of the first day of the championship, who reside within the jurisdiction of the Western Pennsylvania Golf Association or are members of WPGA Member Clubs. Each golfer must have a USGA Handicap Index of 12.4 or lower.
