Title:	Eligibility
Detail:	Open to all amateur golfers, who reside within the jurisdiction of the Western Pennsylvania Golf Association or are members of WPGA Member Clubs. Each golfer must have a USGA Handicap Index of 6.4 or lower. The starting field for the championship will be 78 contestants. The field will consist of exempt players and those who qualify at one of the four qualifying sites.
