Open to all women amateur golfers, who reside within the jurisdiction of the Western Pennsylvania Golf Association or are members of WPGA Member Clubs. Each golfer must have a USGA Handicap Index of 18.4 or lower. The starting field will be 78 contestants and the Committee reserves the right to select the most representative field. Players may submit a summary of playing record for committee review. |
