| Automotive Transportation |
Included in the entry fees, but not required. Players who walk may request a refund of the appropriate amount from the WPGA after the event. |
| Distance Measuring Devices |
Distance Measuring Devices which have no other functions may be used. Use of a DMD that has any function such as slope calculation will result in disqualification even if such a function is turned off. |
| Eligibility |
Open to two-man teams both of whom are members of Member Clubs of the Association and have a combined age of 100 years or greater. Each member of the team must have a USGA Handicap Index not exceeding 8.4 strokes. The Committee reserves the right to select the most representative field. Team member clubs must be financially in good standing for acceptance of entry. |
| Late Entries |
The Committee reserves the right to accept late entries. Such entries may be accepted at the convenience of the Committee, and must be accompanied by a late fee of $50 prior to acceptance. |
| List of Conforming Golf Balls |
The ball the player plays must be named on the current List of Conforming Golf Balls issued by the United States Golf Association.
PENALTY FOR BREACH OF CONDITION:
Disqualification. |
| Other Items |
Entry fees include range balls, food, prizes and cart fees. |
| Rules of Play |
USGA Rules of Golf, the WPGA Local Rules card and other Local Rules distributed will govern play. |
| Starting Times and Information |
Starting times and other information will be available on the WPGA web site (http://www.wpga.org) approximately one week before the championship. If you are unable to get your time from the website, please call 412-826-2180.
The optional condition to Rule 6-3 is in effect. See Page 27 of the Rules of Golf. |
| Withdrawals |
Withdrawals before the close of entries will be charged a $15 service charge. Withdrawals after the close of entries will be charged a $25 service charge. Withdrawals on the day of the event will not recieve an refund. |
