Entries are open to any junior golfer who has not reached his sixteenth birthday as of June 25, 2008 as follows:
A. Junior golfers affiliated with a WPGA Member Clubs as of May 14, 2008.
B. Junior golfers whose families reside in the Western Pennsylvania district as of April 1, 2008.
